Well thats a good price on the crower making it hard to choose.
Either way you swing you should upgrade the springs/retainers with the kits posted by either vendor, cam and valve train is gonna be over 500 smackers no matter who you choose, but its good piece of mind for when you rev it out every light for the first month you have it after its broken in =D
The crower will save you some money, but my money is on the bisi cam making more power everywhere.
I don't see an intake/header or exhaust or chipped ecu on your list of mods. You will want these and you really need a chipped ecu in there to tune the cam and get every drop of performance from it.
