ok i have a 91 civic hatch i am alittle new to d seires.. Here is the problem, I have a 88 crx si tranny and a 89 si flywheel i was wanting to no what clutch i need to use to make this work? some one told me to use a 87 prelude clutch disk on a 89 crx si clutch..

the 88 clutch dose not fit the 89+ flywheel the 88 has the small clutch.. 21 spline

any more info can i use the prelude disk?? has any one else done this??

lude disk with 90-2000 flywheel, but if you stay with the smaller 88-89 flywheel, 88 disc is your only option.

hade the same problem too ,i got it made from the place were i baught it,he told me it wont be a problem , it after market parts they will do job for the same price as a si clutch kit !

The older Accord discs are 21 splined and 212mm.

Be freindly to the parts counter guy and poke around the clutch discs. I forget the exact year and model, but I am 99% sure it ISN'T the LXi model. Around 88-89.
