VFAC on a turbo D

OK, this is in the turbo forum cuz I have a turbo. I've had the Apexi VFAC for a year or two...and I have never figured out where to set the damn thing for my turbo setup. Lo and Hi throttle...Throttle position...do you need a dyno in order to figure this out...? I have the manual, but that shit just confuses me...Anybody with experience with these...? If so, suggestions would be appreciated...

I have mine set at 72 and 74. All it does is apply your hi/lo maps earlier or later depending on throttle position. Hope that helps.
