I just discover them because one of the trailing arms i bought of the integra is bent. I need a passenger integra trailing arm.

so i guess if someone were to buy both front and back it would be best to keep your stock springs and only change the shocks/struts if you want a firmer ride?
edit: i think i might get these next summer when i do my suspension setup. go back to stock springs then add these, bigger rear sway bar, and bushings and call it good to go.

wow that looks like an awesome idea/product....get the looks without sacrificing the ride or handling.
Wonder what the price is, and how strong they are?

I am surprise no one have heard of this. I wanted to see if I can get trailing arms from somewhere else besides Honda/Acura because they charge 200 something. I found these in the google results.

i just called and left a message for Lee...
hopefully i will have some prices in a lil while...
i am VERY interested... :)
I saw these a while back...
Imo it's a show mod.
Why would you want to be lower with the OEM Spring rates??? If you want to lower the car, at least do it in the context of upgrading your shock and spring rates...

Retaining the stock geometry the car was designed to work on.

You also get more travel. This is the "correct" way to lower a car and how it's done on a lot of race cars.
Retaining the stock geometry the car was designed to work on.
Those who lower their car to handle usually want a bit more camber, and ever then, that's what adjustable camber plates are for. (and cheaper than new orms)
The ITR (stock) is 1" lower using the same control arms and trailing arms as other civics and integra's

Yeah, OK for race ONLY cars that have a 4" drop and are just barely scraping the ground. Use the arms to drop 1" and use super stiff racing shocks for the rest...
I still think that these are not really appropriate on street/track cars...

It all depends on what kind of geometry/ride/look you want.
If you want OEM bump steer, camber gain, roll centers, ride quality, etc, with just a lower stance, these would be the way to go.
If you want the characteristics that come along with lowering with just springs, go that way.
Neither is going to be better in all situations, for all types of driving, for all types of drivers.

Not just for race only; it's just that it's done more on race cars because of the price. IIRC there are a lot of lowered trucks and SUV's that use drop knuckles also. On a street car, you'd want more travel anyways since you'll be hitting more bumps and can make use of soft spring rates. Either way, reason why it's not big is because of the price.
spdracer22, you forgot axle angle.
Yeah, I know about the trucks... I'm just talking about civics...
Everyone here is saying the same thing I've been saying though... For a street car it's more for show than go...

That's somewhat true. I'm pretty sure that about 90% of the people on this board drag races only, and few autoX guys. There are the few who can actually make use of this; mainly the guys into "touge" and dual purpose(DD/Track) cars. Either way; my opinion is they're too expensive for their gains on a street car...not worthless.

im pretty sure im going to get them for my civic...
ill let you guys know how it is... i already have true coil overs but if i can keep more of a stock geometry, i will be happy... i hate the fact that my rack arms looks like a U from being lowerd...
