how to upload videos

Hi guys, I have a few videos of last sunday track. but this videos are from a cel phone the files format is 3gpp, I try to up load this on youtube but I can´t because of the format.

Does any one knows how to convert this files to another format???

Or maybe I can send this videos by email to someone that can do the upload.
