View Full Version : Input shaft bearings???

Thinking about replacing these since I have a little bit of noise coming from the tranny, but I was curious if anyone has a picture or can tell me exaclty where these are at on the tranny. Thanks.

i wouldn't do it without a factory (helm) manual in front of you.

buy a new one from http://www.helminc.com for ~$80 (IIRC), find one on eBay for $30-$75, or go download the PDF's from somewhere and have them printed and bound at Kinkos (you pirate!).

Tranny work without experience or the book is a NO-GO.
