Tunning my newly bulit N/A D16y8

Ok peeps so I'm new around here and just jumped in the Honda crew. I used to have an LS1 Formula Firebird but after settin her into a tree tryin to be cool lol I got a nice lil econo-box Honda. Well i got bored one day and decided to dump a shit load of money into this little Honda to see what it can do. So with that all said heres the specs-

1998 Honda Civic EX w/ SOHC D16y8 VTEC w/ stock 5spd tranny
-Short Shifter (ebay special :D )
-Cold Air Intake
-71mm bored out OEM throttle body
-Skunk2 intake manifold w/ hondata special gasket
-OBX fuel rail
-Full 4-2-1 header back with test pipe (ebay Special :D )
-All aluminum race radiator and 1.3bar cap
-Apexi AFC-NEO, Has both AFC and VAFC functions
-Domed p29 pistons 12:1 :twisted:
-Eagle rods w/ ARP bolts
-King rod bearings
-Stage 2 Comp Cam
-AEM trutime adjustable cam gear
-MSD cap & rotor (still uses weak internal coil)
-NGK Iridium plugs w/ 7.5mm autolite pro wires
-Stock head

Now, this is almost all together, prolly will be within next day or two and my questions are where should I set the cam gear? and how should I set the Apexi-NEO? Also has anyone built anything close to this with a d16y8 and might be able to tell me what I might be able to expect in the 1/4???

Eh, I'm gonna guess 120-130 whp. Head port work would definitely open it up more.

The enormous throttle body will most likely cause you to lose hp over a smaller one. Also the ebay style header isn't the best for power, but better than nothing I suppose.

So thats an add of 37whp if your lucky.
So according to this you would be 145whp whick could be possible. Look at eyal954's build

d's seem to like the famous 2 degree cam retard but dyno tuning is the only way to really know...
