search bro, but i would say swap in a d16y8, crower stage 2, smsp header and keep your exhaust, and full cold air. Thats a pretty quick set up right there.

First thing to do in this point should be getting a good (Skunk2/Blox/Edelbrock) intake manifold and maybe OBD1 ECU conversion to get it tuned.

And answer for Q2. You're not gonna get 350Z sound from your Honda, not untill you swap a six cylinder engine from NSX or Accord. And I strongly suspect that's gonna happen.

dual exhaust is also useless... for a quieter exhaust, maybe go with an apexi ws2 or one of the tanabe series. ive heard they are quieter and have a nice pitch to them.

Quieter exhaust = RSR Exmag

Question #1: Probably the vehicle speed sensor. Is your engine actually reving, or is your speedo needle just bouncing around?

Get a resonator and it'll be quieter and sound cleaner.

For power I am in the same situation as you. If you dont want to much power just keep it simple and get some forced induction going on and you should be fine until you need to rebuild but at that point build it up a little to make it even better. 2nd thought why not just put in an EX tranny and see how you feel with the power than? Or do you really only want an auto?

Or get a y8 complete changeover and be done. I have about the same miles as you on my ride. But because I have to worry about cops my plans are to do a complete y8 changeover, tranny and all so I can get it BARD and legal.
