As I drive at highway speeds i feel a clunk and hear a clunking noise coming from underneath the drivers side floor board. Sound and feel worsen as i apply the brakes at highway speeds. I had the axles replaced a year ago, but this is new and has been going on for a while. I checked the brakes and the caliper and they are tight and don't wiggle, any ideas what this is? I'm thinking axles!

Check your ball joints and bushings, I'd check the lower ball joint asap I've seen 2 cars in this week with loose lower ball joints and 1 that was towed in cause it broke!
To check lower ball joints raise the car and push up on the wheel to see if it moves without the lower arm, you can also stick a prybar or similar between the lower arm and knuckle to check them
Also check for looseness with the wheel on and the car in the air grab the tire at top and bottom and try and move it then do the same left to right.
Could also be an axle if they did not stack the nut into place...
