ive got the cobra 11 band that ive had for a few years. it took a bit of getting used to since it doesnt filter much. that and cops dont start radaring till they are right on top of me.

the first and only choice is don't speed. speed kills on the streets. and because of these idiots more laws are helped pass by grieving families making it harder for my to drive my ride on the streets.

this has been covered numerous times. its always a valentine 1 that gets the most nods. unfortunately most people already know what the best is, they want whats best in their price range.

$400 is a lot to front for a radar detector but a friend of mine that has one says the company also takes care of you too. he had his v1 for a few years and found out they made a "newer" version. called them up and for $100 they upgraded his current one and warranteed it. very nice...too bad theyre illegal in VA.

got a passport 8500 x50, i love it. doesn't always help as i have still gotten a speeding ticket since i got it. but it has saved me more times then the 1 ticket i got, so i guess i can justify the costs. best thing to have if you were gonna speed would be a radar jammer, too bad they are way illegal
