im new to this site. I bought this car last year. its a 92 vx model

got some konig traffik knockoffs for 100 bux wrapped with bf goodrich rubber thanx to zex_cool

next i bought a z6 motor that zex swapped for me cus i didnt know much, and we also put a 2.5 inch mandrel bent cat back exhaust done by a local muffler shop. Bought some ebay coilovers and slammed the bitch.

Next came the first turbo build. stock z6 with a vx tranny(long fucken gears) bought a 2gen dsm t25 with an adapter plate for a vx manifold.

with that setup and a vx tranny it ran untuned for about a year. the best ET was 14.7 at 90.xx mph on 13'' vx wheels.

Than came the upgrade. Bought a new bov because the old one was leaking boost, another greddy knockoff. than i bought a big 16g TD05 turbo from forced performance. new adapter plate from bmcrace. energy suspension engine mount inserts. and a z6 tranny.

on 8psi, 22'' slicks, open downpipe, and slipping ebay xtd stage 3 clutch ran a 13.0 at 104.xx mph. it ran twice at the track and the 3rd time i came my rings went out, due to it not being tuned for more than 8 months on the dsm t25. it finally got tuned and than blew. a week later bought a built z6 with vitara pistons, eagle rods, acl bearings, and arp headstuds, bought a lsd motorsports stage 3 clutch with stock flywheels, and been running this whole time mazda rx7 460cc injectors. still need to resurface flywheels and break the motor in to throw more psi on it and hoping for mid to low 12's. next year new manifold with a t3/t4 50trim turbo, 760cc injectors, and a walbro 255 fuel pump, also heres a few pics my friend took, and hes really good.

looks good man..have you had any problems with the clamps on your IC piping coming off? if you're going for more psi than what you are at you may wanna look into getting some t-bolt clamps for it instead

ace hatch. all it needs on the outside is an oem lip, eg6 wing and fix that tail lights.
