So i have an AEM fuel rail sitting around with me right now, but the reason i don't have it installed is because when i put it on, i'd crank the car and it'd shoot fuel out from the top of the injector (where the injector meets the rail)...

Is there some sort of seal that i don't know about? it's really quite mind boggling as to why it would be doing this.. And i know it's not the injectors because they work perfectly fine with the stock rail.

The injector o-rings may be cut. Or too small. Might want to buy new ones and then try that

Wouldnt it then spray even with the stock rail?

Its possible that the injector holes for the AEM one is slightly larger.. New o-rings may cure it. After some time , the o-rings tend to get a flat spot on them from being in the hole
