I had to get rid of it, the damn thing cost too much in gas lol. I picked this up last week. It's a base model, but it has power windows and the previous owner had power locks and keyless put on it. It's not turbo, but the 2.4 doesn't do too bad. It's a 2002 and only has 46,000 miles on it. It needs to be dropped and some rims, but that will come later. It's good on gas, has cold ass a/c, and has a lot more room than my civic, so I'm happy.

It's a 5 speed, I haven't seen too many cruisers that weren't automatic. It has the painted airbag cover and gauge trim. Most of the ones I've seen has the center dash painted too. I'll get some rattle can paint that matches and do mine eventually

I pulled the stereo out of the civic to put in it. Memphis studio 12", it hammers in here. The box needs to be recarpeted where it's coming off. The Phoenix Gold amp is on mids and the punch 40 DSM is running the sub at 2 ohms mono.

Put the cap in the fac jack location. I was running out of room to put things lol.

why pick this over a civic? im depressed:( .. lol
didn't pick it over the civic, I needed something to drive when the civic goes out of commission for the motor swap and some other well needed tlc I couldn't do while it was my daily. I still love my civic as much as always :)
if you dont do the srt4 swap your an idiot
This is a daily driver, at the most it will get i/h/e, rims, tint and a drop. My civic is already faster than a srt, and once the motor's done it will be even faster. The purpose was to get a car that I could drive while the civic was down and to get something newer since I've been driving the civic for 8+ years as my daily. I don't want/need another project ;).

yeah im not much of a pt fan either... a good daily would be a nice mazda i think lol. good that you got rid of the exploder though. resale value on those is crap and they seem to like to break down... the ford i mean.

I looked at some mazda 3 wagons and sedans, I really like the way they look and drive, but all the ones I found were out of my price range unfortunately.

Finally an update on this thing . Couldn't pass up the deal on these, got a set of Tein S tech springs for it for under $200 shipped. Cleaned up the headlights and took off the pin stripes. Looks 10X better IMO.
