Is it even possible to that filler piece off without removing the bumper. I see the 4 bolts that need to be removed but they look like a bitch with the bumper on??????

there's four bolts that hold it on. the two outer seem easier to get to.

I'm thinking just bolting it up at the two ends or not using it at all. anybody just remove the bumper filler piece on a EF??

Whats better on a EG then a EF, can take off the bumper cover w/out removing the whole bumper, fuel pump location, cruise control, more space between header and rad., battery location..........

I know how to take off a bumper. there a filler piece above it that seems like if you remove it you can take off the cover without removing the whole bumper.

I'm thinking about just taking it off......

cause I just had to tap the 4 holes that hold up the bumper, that got stripped from removing the bumper so much.

After I take off the 4 side screws and the 8 or so plastic screws in the top of the cover I can slip my cover on and off with very little effort?

what piece, the filler? It's different on hatches than sedans, do you have a sedan? The filler piece is only held on with 3 bolts, comes off easy. 1 in the middle and 1 on each side.
