Clutch breaking point keeps changing??

Hey guys i noticed recently that when i drive my civic (hydro d-series) that the breaking point changes. 90% of the time i let off the clutch pedal about 50% and the clutch engages, the other 10% of the time the i release the pedal like 5% and the clutch engages. Any ideas???

You usually wont see more than a couple drips.

Yeah... bleed the slave cylinder all the way through with new fluid and check for leaks.
