Sup mista...i haven't been much on the forum since the last ezboard website went down. I don't know if u remember me or not...but my setup was a d16a6 block with a d167y head called Dr. Evil...running 13.5:1 compression ratio. And you did answer a lot of my questions then. But i remember before that site went down, you were working with a company to make parts for a d16a6 transmission. I believe you were working on some sort of kit to rebuild a6 transmission or something that would replace the aluminum forks that the d16a6 came with. Its all very fuzzy...and since i can't go back there to search up the post...i was wondering if you could shead some light on this...thanks...Nik

really short answer, replace the stock 1-2 fork as needed.

I talked with THE "tranny guru" and to have steel forks made for the 4g/5g would be $600-$1000 EACH!!!!!!!!

New ones from Honda are $55, replace them yearly.

i have been running a 13.5:1 compression ratio on 93 octane gas...
