Need Help ASAP!

Just finished swapping my d16z6 into my 93 hatch. Plugged everything in and started right up! The problem I am having is when I touch the gas pedal the engine bogs down or acts like it but my rpm jump up to about 2 grand. It sits there and I get a exhaust like sound coming out of my cold air intake! Any help would be great!

mines does that too... but the intake thing i'm not sure...

also do you have any cel's ?? what model hatch ? did you rewire all of the shit, what ecu and etc. the more info the batter.
