it doesnt come with any gaskets. you need a new IM - block gasket, and the IM - TB gasket

Wish more people would comment if it clears the firewall in crx's...

Wish more people would comment if it clears the firewall in crx's...it clears just fine with the help of a BFH
the only thing that comes close to hitting is the IACV. so measure where that is going to end up on the firewall and bash it in with a hammer. thats all i did and it works just fine. i would recommend motor mount inserts though so that the motor doesnt rock back far enough to make contact

Ryan's dead-nuts-on, as usual.
I have an original skunk2 manifold in my crx, and the BFH was used for the IACV, and behind the tps. Also, I remember reading on here somewhere, that someone ground down the ends of the IACV bolts to get a bit more room, which I did as well. It's really an easy swap. Make sure you've got some vacuum caps laying around, though. I didn't use all the vac ports until I boosted it. 2 extra in fact, on the oiginal skunk2 z6 mani and obd-1 throttlebody(throttle-mounted map setup).

I assume BFH is big fucking hammer? Hmm, is there a way i can get it to clear without damaging my car? I have ESMM's on order...is it really worth denting the firewall for the manifold? I've got a SOHC ZC...88-91

once the mani is installed, you cant even see where you dented the firewall
