Tranny Rebuild parts

ok so i am gonna rebuild my y8 manual tranny before i put it in my car for my auto to manual swap. i found this post here (http://www.d-series.org/forums/showthread.php?t=49064&highlight=rebuild) does that post list all the parts i need for a rebuild/refresher, or are there more parts that i need??

should i do a quick rebuild with just the parts you listed on a tranny that had greyish milky colored fluid?? i don't think i have any pics of it but i could tell it had not been changed in a while.
