Just got them from Bisimoto.com. Put them on the scale and came to ONLY 8lbs each........ I love it!!!

no 13s wont clear non stock sized brakes, my 14" stock SI wheels bearly clear my EX brakes on my 91 hatch

You can get 13's to clear any brakes, they just have to have +0 or less (a lot less) offset. :)

I don't know how but my buddy had 13" wheels and an ITR big brake kit on his EG. I'll ask him what wheels they were and how it worked.

13x7, zero offset, Teg brakes :)
