ok right now i have 2 lanzar max10s SVC running on a 800w lanzar amp but i want to upgrade to an SPL sub so i can hit the lows...and i wanna go for 1 12" that runs between 1800w-2200w Max @ 1ohm and put it in a custom spare tire box...ive looked on caraudiodeals.com, onlinecarstereo.com, and ebay and have found many possibilities but the only problem is i cant be sure if they actually sound good...so i was wondering if anybody has any ideas on a good sub..

I was running a single Rockford Fosgate 12" Power HX-2 (dual 2-ohm voice coils)... That thing was a monster, and heavy as hell - which is why I switched to two 10's. Bad ass sub though...

apparently they stopped making the hx2...and they're kind of expensive for even the used ones
