I think in the high 14's. We have the Dodge chargers (Non Hemi-Gay)
All the interceptor is a stock 4.6 with upgraded hoses, belts, alternator, brakes and sway bars. I dont think there is much else. When the vics had the 5.0, they were a little faster. Mine would stroll down the highway at 137mph but they were governd. The real car was the Caprice Classic with the LT-1 motor, that bitch would scoot.

My almost stock Ex would smoke a vic out of the hole, but it would surley hawk me down, hit me in the rear bumper and push me down the track faster than my motor could ever make it run (Now)

my little brother had a caprice with the police motor tried to get a k&n filter for it it was listed under police. he did some domestic rice ,and converted it to ss seats ,and all except you can't change that rear fender skirt deal.

It aint great. Between 38-50K in the south. If you go up north or out to the west coast, cali-Washington and what not they all start at aroun 100K, but the price of living is very high too. I know this, I have been nickle and diming my car for almost three years now because of a lack of $$$$$ and it is paid for. Oh well, If you climb the ladder you will make more but I like it in the trenches.

nice to see an officer on the board. Officers are usually good people, and many are car guys. Some of the nicests cops have given me tickets, and I told em i appreciate the work they were doing. Laws are laws, and consequences are consequences.
I never street race run canyons etc, i have the road courses for that. But when im doing 80 on the freeway, fair game I guess....
It does piss me off a bit when i get profiled in the civic and pulled over so that the officer can write as many fix its as he can find.

Oh I know, I have always been a car guy. When I was 16 and up till I got into law enforcement I was getting shit from the cops. Alot of sound violations, tint, light covers and what not. Now though it is all good, I just whip out masterbadge and were straight. I did get pulled in my patrol car by FHP one night (135 in a 55 construction zone) she did not have much of a sense of humor, I thought I was gonna get stroked, but she let me go, so I sped off into the night.

Just be polite and thank shows like 2fast for arming these guys with the impression all tuners are racers and thieves.
