d15b8 with vtec head possible?

new to the fourm.. ok so i got a d15b8 cx engine in my hatch it's currently turbod and of course the head is the b8 witch is an 8 valve. i would like to change the head to a z6 or and si if i can...is it possible to swap my head for one? The reason i'm wanting to do this is to give the head more flow. some people say you can and some say you can't so i joined this forum to verify it.

if 2 valve relief = wrong

looking at the pistons once you take the head off is the easiest ;)

the reason i made another post was because i asked this question when i introduced myself in the noob fourm and nobody answered so i thought it would get better replys in the engine building section that it needed to be in the first place. and it got alot of replys.......
