hey guys im having fun going through the archives of the site found a few details that help a lot...

i was wondering what is the general impression about obx performancce parts like headers and their intake manifolds.....is there anyone who has used them ???

and wich tranny is the best to swap into a 99 cx hatch ?

i wnat to get some lowering springs that feel good on the road but i cant have them slamming the car to the groun need them to just lower a bit since the roads around here are shit what would be a good choice ?

i just lowered close to 2 inches and i still clear a lot of tough places

there are threads around here about the OBX parts, do a search and you'll find em in no time

as far as the tranny, im gonna say either a Y8 or z6 tranny

yeah ive been looking for the threads but the ones that show up dont mention anything i even found the one i was looking for an n/a build.....

man i wish i could slam my ek that much but the streets here arent worth a penny i would probably have to change my front end in a week or so jajajaaja

ive only scraped once so far, and it wasnt even bad really, and i was a pretty nice drop i kind of went off, friends driveway, into her yard, scraped my exhaust a little

hope ur exhaust wasnt polished because it would of really sucked.......i was thinking about usin eibach or maybe h & r my eg has progress but the go toooooooooo low , but ive had my eye on some ground control coilovers.......at least that way i could control my ride height.

Get some H&R man i got them on my 91 hatch and the ride is nice...I really like it..

i ve been seeing a lot of guys rocking this springs and ive read some ur threads giving them good reviews i might go that way but wich ones are the most used i
they work good with oem shocks or should i get some kyb or tokicos ?

from what ive learned, using aftermarket spring/coilovers with stock shocks isnt a good idea, you'll blow them quick depending on what kind of driving you do

i have KYBs and i love them

and yes my exhaust is polished, but the scrapes are on the bottom near the back of the can, so they arent seen unless you look under the car

found some h&r .75 drop front rear or 1.75-1.0 front rear and think im going with some kyb

i havent really looked to see if i got stock shocks or not...But i got the H&R sprt springs on right now and they have worked fine....No problem,no wear that is visable so im happy...
