if anyone here lives in PA, just wanted to let you know that effective jan 1st 2004 we will be required to pass emissions testing for all areas. for areas with larger cities this will require tail pipe testing. for most other places you are required to have functioning cat converter, EGR system, charcoal canister etc., pvc valve, and a test to check gas cap pressure. some places with also have OBD testing on 96+ year cars. sounds like its gonna suck a little. i know larger cities had this testing before, but now everyone does.

e checks and state inspections are a waste of everyone's time. its sad that we even have to keep the tree huggers happy :x

That and car insurance, you give them all your money and when you need some back for repairs, they scraw ya.
