all the places ive looked people use one to tune but is it possible to tune without one at all? i dont have one yet, all ive got is my desktop...

I would think using a laptop would be the best way...you could shove the desk top in there with a power inverter like previously mentioned but it would be big and bulky and in the way...Good luck

or you can just go drive and remember where you need to make changes. go home, make changes and take a drive. keep doing this over and over again untill its done.

see this is what i was thinking i would have to do. i know a laptop is best but i dont have the money for one now or for a while. does ostrich assist in storing datalogging information at all? im planning on running crome with the ostrich and an lc-1 wideband...

haha street desktop tuning would be funny though... id have to take pics of that if i do it

ok u dont need anything special, the one i use is a dell from 1998, windows xp takes up most of the hard drive. and crome is like really small.

yeah i figured it would probably end up me buying an el cheapo one somewhere... i was hoping i wouldnt have to spend the money on it though. but eh what can ya do... ill check ebay maybe.

just buy some cheap ass laptop from you classified section from your local newspaper lol shit even if it still runs windows 98 no biggy. i would sell you mine but its not cheap.
