are these rare or hard to find transmissions? and what do they sell for. i may be getting one from my cousin with no grinds.

I actually have one for sale if you're interested.
It's basically equivilent to a US 92-95 Si/EX tranny. The main difference is the differential...its diametrically bigger in the DOHC ZC tranny than a SOHC hydro trans, which means you have to use integra axles w/half shaft when you use this tranny. You can't use civic axles with this tranny.
The other difference is the final drive ratio (supposedly). It has the same exact 1-5 gear ratios as a US 92-95 Si/EX transmission, but the final drive is supposedly longer or the same as an Si/EX tranny (4.25). Although, I don't have a definite answer on the final drive, Mr. Bone would though...
If you're in the S.CA area and are interested in buying this tranny, I'll let it go for $175.

I hear its the same as the 92-95 SI. I need to take my ZC hydro apart and ill count the teeth at the same time.

Yep! It has the same final drive as the 92-95 SI. I took it apart and counted.
