Smoking intake manifold?? HELP QUICK!

Just as the title says, there is smoke coming from my intake manifold. I let the car run for a while and it was just sitting at idle and i could here it missing just a little bit then it choked out and died then i looked and there was smoke coming from my throttle body. What would cause this? Head gasket??

Car is a 93 Civic hatch with a D15B7

sounds like a burnt, bent, or broke intake valve to me. do a compression check and see if you have a dead cylinder.

sounds like cylinder to me too....but i've heard of stuff like this being as simple as a loose coolant line leaking into the manni

Well i still dont know exactly what caused it but i changed my plugs, adjusted my valve lash and replaced the pcv valve and it runs fine now. :wtf:
