D16Z6 turbo vs B18C NA basicly a type R build ?

this is a build off my firends at D-series and im gonna need some advice luckly i got a complete D16Z6 engine and 1995 SI trans. think he will be faster , i dont really know its my first D series build up , whats a good turbo? i was looking at a T25 ? help me out post some info , would a DOHC ZC engine be better for boost ???

Pssh t-25 i like tose gt45 turbos, i dont know the exact name but if hes doing a type R build youll smoke his ass with just maybe the t25.
