how hard would it be to modify racing seat brackets for a 4 door to get them to fit a hatch.... because these brackets are dirt cheap and i really need seat brackets....

It would help if we knew what model and yr hatch its going into.

If it's going into a 88-91 hatch , it should be interchangable.
