Mni-me timming belt covers?

Hi people, i have a problem with this issue. as i know noone has made a mini-me of a d14, so don't know if d16 non-vtec had the same problem. My timing belt covers won't match...D14 won't do on the Z6 and Z6 won't match with D14 lower one...it seems d14 and d16 non-vtec heads are similar, what covers did you use on your projects?

any way of cutting the 2 then matching as close as possible? Then seal the joint with RTV or silicone?

That's what i did today...some cuts here and there, some heat to bend one part...but would like to know if there is a matching combination. Do anyone know?
