the question is:

what is the reset of given rep to a person?

in the sense how much/many do you have to give out before you can rep the same person again. if i remember at one time it was once a day but then again i think that was a very long time. not that i want to keep given a shit load of rep to the same person.(i think we can thanks jesus for this reasons of the change. lol) but in truth i'm just curious. sometime a person does make a good point but can't give anymore.
