jdm 1.5 dual carb from old skool integra 4dr

hey all i was wondering would a 1.5 dual carb will drop str8 into my 1.3 dx eg single carb with automatic choke, forgot if the integra was manual or automatic choke:confused:

Probably not. The DOHC intake manifolds are different than the SOHC manifolds.

yeh but im gunna drop the whole motor in

since its carbed i dont have to change fuel lines etc.

If there both obd0 then you should be good.

You may have to use a different fuel pump since a pump from a MPFI car will put out waaaaaaaaaaaay too much pressure for the carbs.

yep it will drop right in !! ,
your dx , has a singal carb
so the F/P on the D15B will be fine , (cam driven)
you can aways get a manual choke set up from the D14A1 ,
but i think the D15B is an auto set up

its a bolt in drive away

y i need MPFI surely thats for cars with injection?

its not a d15 its a jdm zc 1.5 dual carb with auto tranny, gunna use the tranny i got now, it should bolt str8 in? from single carb to dual carb, it should also fix my high idle on cold start ups....4k rpm.....:|

i have seen the d16z1 sohc with dual carbs

the D15B has dual carbs this is a JDM engine

its a zc block with a sohc single cam head on dual carbs if i remember correctly

hope that tranny has LSD :P will look for lsd stamped on tranny

the engine will have the right pump fitted !!!
but the part number for the pump is the same from 1.3 to 1.6 so your old one will be fine as well

Bolt on and go, though running rich :-)

Integra dual carb = D16ZC dual carb = D16A6 dual carb
Integra = old one with flick up head lights.

Gearbox is nothing special.

£100 not to bad !!!
but like you said do a compression check on it !!!! also try and fit a batt to it and see if you can get it started , see if it coffs out any smoke !!!
yep it the auto choke set up !!! and its got air con on it too , i think !!!

do you know how long the guys had it siting about ?
as the warter / oil might just be condestion mix with oil !!!!!
also it might just be a bad seel for the valve cover /plug tube ,
you have one for each plug tube ,
are you getting the engine and box etc for £100 ?

its the jdm tranny is lsd i'll get it

will i have to use jdm ecu,fuse box etc.?wiring loom? obd0?

has no second fan for air con, so is must not have air just power steering

yep the box will bolt on !!! might as well get what you can lololol i do not think it will have an LSD !!!
bit of an odd one this !!! my auto choked D15B had a ecu !!! but its a very basic emitions one !!! junk it !!!
no need for it with a carbed engine !!!
get as much of the loom ON the engine as you can !!! unplug it , dont cut it or dont let the guy cut it !!
i got my D15B with the box the lot !!! full swap for £75 , 33k on the clock Its a 105 bhp engine !! might be woth having a look on www.hondacrx.co.uk!!!
and getting the full swap with the same BHP for less!!!
a lot of guys junk the D15Btwin carbed engine out of the crx X15 , and swap in b16 , so you can pick them up cheep

bump this motor has been confirmed that it is a jdm d15b dual carb motor
even doe its got zc stamped on the block
they mainly came from jdm 1.5i crx
but this 1 came from a jdm teg DA 4dr
