Crank Pulley Bolt Stuck????

Ok my crank pulley on my new sohc zc vtec motor,the bolt will not break lose at any point.I used a 3/4 impact gun and it didnt even phase it one bit,Any suggestions??????

heat that sucker with a small torch,then go tight/loose/tight/loose with your impact really quickly,that's what works for me when they are stuck,good luck man!

Yeap, a little heat might do the trick. A breaker bar might do the trick too but in the other hand it might break the bolt off too. Try the heat method first. For me an impact always do the trick.

ugh.. no..... VERY VERY little heat if you do. you'll torch the crank seal in a hurry.

PB blaster and a small 1/2" impact at 100psi worked for me yesterday.

hey your a little late the heat worked fine and the seal is fine i used pb and a impact and it didnt budge one bit so yeah the heat worked fine.
