Man WTF... 3 tickets in 2 weeks man somone must hate me.

Yeah lets go insurance, woo-hoo. :bravo: It all happens when i drive a block away from the police station. Man i dont know why i keep diving. I get my liscense back after a 30 day suspension on the 1st of the year. I still have 12 points the max you can have! I go 9 months without a ticket a first yeah! :mikej: and i get this crap last week and tonight.

The first incident was 110 on the interstate frist time in a few months i was being stupid and trying to pass a semi truckat the same time doing the famous flyby a wrx sti got a wreckless yeah my 3rd but really the 2nd cause one was droped cause the cop was a no show.
In 3 days
The 2nd: 1. no registration card (it was expired i have a new one but i also need to the taxes for the car this year) 2. dead insurance card (i have it just not a new one in the car) 3. loud crackling exhaust (see avatar which in W.V. their is only prohibits it from after 10 pm but this this all took place at 2 pm) 4. spinning tires ok i did but the cop did not see this as he was 4 cars back in traffic around some houses and completly blocked veiw from the street.

The 3rd: spinning tires which after i knew about and learned not to do but the cop says he seen me. Funny cause the guy in the pickup truck did the burn out at the light next to me even though i turned left. He was atleast fifty feet back and came flying around the light with the lights blaring. Was going to get me for the reg and ins again but did not. Being a dick head cop and fact that he did not want to admit pulling wrong guy over told me ok take it to court.

Man WTF i am sure the 3rd can be droped completely, the 2nd maybe tough for the squeeling tires, and the 1st i mind as well bend over and cuff my hands to my legs, and enjoy the rape!
Unless the cop does not show or i can some how prove since he did not radar me that i was going slower since he did not pace me from behind more than a few seconds.

I get pulled over more than the cars with the cardboard body kits.

I dunno what to do, anyone got some legal advice they can spare?

yeah, speeding, is deserved...the paper work though, shouldn't be a problem, I had nothin in my car once too, cause I had the whole glove box out, and I got pulled over..I had 48 hours to prove proof of insurance...my plate matched my car and was registered to me, so they weren't too worried about that, all they care about is insurance. But the improper plate fine is 110 (outdated stickers). The wrongly accused is his word against yours, but he deffinately has no proof, its unlikely he'll show up to court for that.

yeah for me..i looked up the law..my exhaust has to be tested to be considered to loud for the road(75db or louder from 50 feet away is legal)..and my dads G35..from about 30 feet away is louder then my exhaust...so ill either be tested which i should pass..or it will eb dropped..my tints im pretty much fucked for..i chagned them right away to legal..but he tested me on the spot with a tint meter....and the right turn on red..the next day i bought the newspaper..took a picture of the date down..and made a video of the light with no sign...so i should get that dropped too....

hopefully ur cop is a no show..i think the major one for u is taht speeding ticket..also considering the fact u also have points on ur license
