Sway bars causes the rear subframe to tear out without reinformance, that I know.
Can just having a very stiff suspension tear out the rear subframe? I have a daily driven civic that I just use to get to school and back. I don't auto-x or drag, I just use it for daily driving. But I like to have a nice firm suspension, but haven't turned up the settings on the struts because I'm afraid I might tear out the rear subframe. I'm not planing to get a rear sway bar, I'm just going to be leaving it as it is.
Can having a firm/stiff suspension damage a rear subframe or is that only caused my a large rear sway bar?
