paul, Its quite easy. I'm not sure if the 92-95 civic are the same as 96+. Heres the site to weaksauceparts, where I bought my nrg hub + momo steering wheel. HERE. (http://weaksauceforums.org/viewtopic.php?t=535) I just follow those steps on mine.

No!
I have a momo commando with a momo hub on my ek, and the only way I've found to have a horn was to put a small button switch at the left of my radio.

If you install the hub and plug that connector, the wire will broke or disconnect when you will turn your steering....

I used the positive from the horn to the copper ring terminal and took the negative and tightened it under the steering wheel bolt and voila. My wheel was a Grant GT with a Grant hub so I'm not sure it's the same, but it should be.
