Cylinder Sleeve Wear

Does anyone have experience with cylinder sleeves wearing really oblong? I have a D16Y8 with a lot of miles, I would like to know if this is a big problem with this engine. On the same note, how bad do they wear if under forced induction? This is more of a future thing, it's not bad yet cuz without modifications it can beat a 2000 D16Y8 Civic manual with a third the miles. 8)

over time, due to the rocking movement of the piston in the cylinder, the bore will become slightly out of round. All you have to do is bore the cylinders slightly, and they will be ok.
