Turbo cam vs N/a cam and specs

I would like to know wats the difference between the two? And what specs/brand do people recommend for a person who is running boost?

Turbo cam is more designed for 'boost pressure don't go away in the exhaust, by not letting exhaust and intake open together (correct me somebody if i'm wrong) and N/A cam is designed with high lift and high duration to handle power higher rpm. Turbo ones are less great with higher rpm, but stronger with boost...

I think will loose with N/A (if it's big racer one) and you will not gain a lot with Turbo one in N/A setup...
