I'm just wondering what you guys are running for your cat. are you running high-flow, regular cat, straight pipe, etc? I've been told that running a regular cat will not restrict enough power to make it worth buying a high flow, and that the high flowing ones blow out in 3-5 thousand miles anyways. also, with a straight pipe or test pipe it gives a bad sound and will make some bad colors on your rear bumper. I"m just wondering what you all are running.

EPA requires that the catalyst in a cat lasts at least 15k miles and that the casing lasts at least 25k. I'm looking at going with a random technologies cat.

i have a generic OBX hiflow cat and can tell no difference from the stock one. it was only $50 though. carsound is supposed to have the best cats on the market from what I have heard from many of the hard-core performance people.
