my '91 civic, d15b2 (mpfi conversion) is blowing a hell of a lot of blue smoke, pretty much from 2k rpm and up. My compression is great, so I'm not worried about my rings, it's only got 103k on it anyway.
Would my valve stem seals be a possible problem? I am going to get a new timing belt here soon, and adjust the valves....would the seals be worth replacing? I've never seen a civic blow this much smoke :(
Also, how do I adjust the valves? I know nothing about valves and head stuff, I like bottom ends better....

by adjust the valves, do you mean adjust the valve lash?
Does it smoke the first time you get on it hard or everytime you get on it?

when I put the car into gear, and give it a little throttle and clutch to get it into gear, i see a cloud puff out behind me, also, when I am slowing down to corner, and use the clutch to assist in braking (not very high rpm's, probably 2k), i see a puff of blue behind me. Also, if I do full throttle, it's excessive smoke

Well, your car seems to be using oil, make shure it doesnt get too low. I think its time for a rebuild 8)
