Hey everyone! I own a 1999 honda civic dx (hatch), and i am in the process of buying parts for my turbo kit. My photobucket account stopped working so I dont have any pics right now, but I'll get some up asap!:)

Same hear, Welcome, what are your plans for turbo setup? buying kit, or hmt. What type of build do you plan doing to the engine?

Thanks bro. I have a stock d16y7 in my car but not for long...Im doing a revspeed kit ( Im too poor to get a greddy kit) w/ a t3/t4 and fmic intercooler kit. I bought vitara pistons and peened d16 rods. I also got a y8 intake mani, and 450cc dsm injectors. I am going to get a y8 head and vafc after I recieve all my parts. With everything on and a good tune, I'll be expecting around 275-300hp (20psi).:shocked:

Hopefully I'll get some pics soon... ( winter storage)

looks like it will be a nice build for you. i put a post on hear about stock pistons and rods, every one said that if i get vitara pistons for my d16z6 id be better off with forged rods as well like the ones from tt for 255 dollars. just somthing to think about i guess. It might be one of your weakest links "peened rods" correct me if you heard different

Yeah my friend runs vitara pistons, and peened rods and runs 20psi daily.
Its gonna be a sweet build, and Im gonna try to get the car at my house over the weekend to take some pics!:)
