View Full Version : WTF... Spoon Mirrors

ok I finally got my set of the spoon style mirrors for my 96 ex... I also got them with the power mirrors option and sure shit.... they are not as plug and play as I planned... they came with a plug with 4 wires with it?! how the hell do I install them????

look for a wire diagram, how many wires does the stock connector have?

both should be 4 so i suggest you plug the end of each wire into the stock connector and find out the right combination to where the mirror would work right, then splice or tap into the stock wires

my stock connector has 3! Thats the problem....

Do they have blinkers? Are they heated or folding? If not just find the three you need and block off the 4th.

no blinkers, I think there is just one extra wire....

well I figured it out. I use every wire but the blk one.... they work great thank God... :) Ill post pics once they are painted and once its spring!!!!

Good deal, now block off the forth with a wire cap and you're done.
