on a local board,someone is selling this setup for $850. assuming everything is in good working order, is this a good deal? its a HMT

-hf manifold
-tdo5 turbo (internally gated at 9psi)
-downpipe
-side mount intercooler
-ic piping and couplers
-jdm greddy type s (yes it's a jdm one )
-oil lines
-d16 oil pan
-check valves
-dsm blue top 450cc injectors
