like it says , i know the manual tells me how to change one , but i wanted to know from you all, if anyone has any shortcuts , tricks , hints ..basically any help is great..also about how long should it take to do..im not a noob on working on my honda...thanks

I would change the timing belt and the idler pulley while your at it.. Oh yeah, and buy a 12 pack too. You will be at it for a while.

lol, very true!!! be ready to fight with the crank pulley, its really tight, i remember my dad(300 lb) step over the breaker bar to breakit loose. man that sucker is tight.
