New stage 1 clutch

alright guys i got a new stage one clutch with a lightweight flywheel, and the day i put it in i drove it hard, i really drove it hard and now i got it hot and its chattering, and its got a knock in it anyways, is it gonna be safe to use? im doing a zc swap soon can i still use it?

hmmmm you have to properly break the clutch in for at least 500 miles , you didnt , you probably ruined youre new clutch and flywheel, i wouldnt use it in your zc swap.

I broke mine in for about 150 miles before I got on it hard. It's been fine.

Some say the best way to break in a clutch is to do a fatty burnout right away. I would inspect everything when you swap and take pics if possible.
