I was wondering if there are any good engine shops for D-series engine work?I am in the Riverside/Corona area. I'm looking to get someone to install a Mini-me V-tec swap in my '88 stock CRX.

there are plenty of write ups on it. and its not a terrible thing to take on. im sure if you have some friends and a write up some tools beer and time. you should get it. good luck my friend. and no there are no d series specific shops. its come one come all to my knowledge. honda is a honda to who ever charges 60 bucks an hour ya know/

id do sum research and do it yourself. Its fun and you might be surprised what kind of pride you take in the work you did after its all done and ur drivin it.

yea i know how it feels to do the work myself i just got done doing one of my project cars...it was a pain in the ass i dont even use that car...i got a big hard on for my crx and ever since i found this forum i ve reading everything here...it doesnt seem so hard to do the swap but i just to to enjoy my rex...i dont know... it seems like iam gonna have to just do it myself and use the resoucres here
