Would this be a good set for a complete rebuild? ^ Ouch, but yeah; if I don't end up buying a new car this weekend I just migh order this set. I miss typed, I'd be $70 for the set shipped then the $10 additional dollars for the timing belt. Sounds like a winner to me. I was just trying to find out if the brand was okay or not.

I'd buy the set and then use an OEM head gasket & timing belt just to be cautious.

Well, what's cheaper - a belt or another motor? Even if you get a good deal, the belt still probably costs less. Plus, if you are boosted, or are opting for more power then stock, I'd rather have tried & true then maybe......
