B-series TB will work

Port match the intake manifold to match the TB. Not much porting and a dremel will work

its taking 2mm off around he perimiter of the whole IM.
2" flaper wheel 60 grit from home depot and a dripp and an extension. then polish the IM really well with a compoint of sanpaper on the inside.

Intake, exhaust, headers. I'm just looking for improved throttle response and maybe a few ponies if I'm lucky. I'm looking at a ported and polished 68mm B18 throttle body on ebay for dirt cheap.

thats is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to big.
even the type R 62mm is pushing it on being way to big. 60mm will more then sufice.
the bigger it is the slower it will flow you need to find a right combination of both velovity and volume 60mm is just right IMO.

Get a 60mm tb off a b18, b16, h22 or h23. Place the gasket of the corrasponding tb you get and trace the opening on the manni and dremmel or flapper wheel it to the marks you traced.
