Hey what's going on guys? New to the d-series forum and the d-series world in general. I've worked on my fair share of b-series motors and sveral hondas, and decided to finally stop ditching these motors and see what they can do! Anyways, I'm from Fort Wayne IN, and am a member of local car club J-Speed, www.jspeed.org. I'm looking into getting a 96-00 civic coupe or hatch, preferrably with no motor, but whatever. Also any suggestions or friendly advice would be great as I am looking to do a D16Y8 build with turbo kit. Possibly nitrous, but haven't made up my mind. Thanks for reading my babble and happy holidays!

He's refering to the rule on this forum that you can't make an offer to sell or ask to buy until you've made at least 60 posts. It helps keep the riff-raff out. So apparently when you said you were "looking to purchase a 96-00 civic", it might be considered to be a violation of this rule. Personally, to me it sounds like you're just explaining your plans. However, you might want to re-word your post before the mods whip out their ban hammer.

Welcome and good luck with your project.

Welcome to the site. Of course, do your research, but after that become good friends with your local junkyard for a turbo setup. ; )
